Refund & Cancellation

Under normal circumstances, we do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds except in special cases where the items are found damaged. For any return, exchange or refund request an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to pamperathome111@gmail.com or Failure to submit proper evidence in time will lead to rejection of the return, exchange or refund request.

Returns, if applicable.

Refunds, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment like Paytm or UPI within a period of 15 days.
